The Saskatchewan Arts Board seeks a Video Editor to create 16-19 video profiles for short-listed nominees of the 2019 Saskatchewan Arts Awards.

Each video is 45 seconds long and will be screened at the awards ceremony and on social media in advance of the event. Photos, video clips, voice-over and standardized closing credits will be provided by the Arts Board. The Video Editor will create standardized opening graphics, edit together the provided images and video clips to complement the script, and source royalty-free music. All 16-19 videos will be packaged for each individual short-listed nominee for use on social media. As well, 15 videos will be packaged into five compilations of three videos each for screening at the event.

Compilations of video profiles from previous years, grouped by category, can be found on the Arts Board’s You Tube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnz0INafxsAwn_MjWFiI62w

The Video Editor will work closely with the agency’s Communications Strategist to ensure the video profiles are consistent and of sufficient quality to represent the Saskatchewan Arts Awards. The project timeline is from August 30 to October 30, 2019.

To apply, submit your resume, price quote and examples of your work (preferably by link to online examples) by 4:30 p.m. on May 31, 2019.
